CONTINUING EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
The American Institute of Architects, Fort Lauderdale Chapter invites you to join us for a presentation by Debra Emerick entitled "Etiquette for Business Effectiveness. "
This 2 CEU Continuing Education credit will be offered free to our membership on Wednesday, March 24 at 6:00pm.
Members will develop individual and team focused professional relationships that are an integral part of doing business in the design industry. This session focuses on the wide scope of personal interactions required to maintain a professional relationship with a client or prospect. The emphasis is on 1) Being a great host in the company of prospects/clients; 2) Guidelines for managing awkward moments and difficult questions; and 3) Acknowledging guests, and maintaining positive on-going relationships.
