The AIA Florida 2027 Convention and Trade Show­ will take place at The Boca Raton Resort

The Boca Raton­­ resort,­ which celebrated its centennial in 2026, offers an iconic South Florida setting for the 2027 AIA Florida Convention & Trade Show. The historic waterfront resort features a private beach, multiple pools, dining, golf, tennis and pickleball, shopping and a spa, giving attendees plenty to explore during their stay. AIA Florida has secured convention room rates starting at $284 per night, inclusive of the resort fee; taxes are additional.­ Accommodations are available across several buildings and room types, with a variety of options and rates shown on the booking page. Book your room HERE.­ Most convention programming will take place in the Mizner Center, located on the Harborside of the resort. The Cloister is closest to the Mizner Center and offers room options starting at the lowest available convention rate. The Tower and the Yacht Club are also located on the Harborside, while the Beach Club is on the Beachside and requires resort transportation to reach convention activities. Rooms within the AIA Florida hotel block are reserved exclusively for attendees, exhibitors, guests and individuals directly associated with AIA Florida's Annual Convention & Trade Show. While convention and trade show registration is not mandatory before booking a room, please be aware that AIA Florida will be verifying hotel reservations against registered attendees to ensure eligibility. Reservations within the AIA Florida block made by individuals not registered for the convention are subject to cancellation 30 days before the event start date. We respectfully request that each attendee and exhibitor limit their reservations to no more than two rooms.

Beware of hotel reservation scams. AIA Florida will NOT call you seeking a credit card over the phone to book your room. Only book your room directly with the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.­­
