Rooms within the AIA Florida hotel block are reserved exclusively for attendees, exhibitors, guests and individuals directly associated with AIA Florida's Annual Convention & Trade Show. While convention and trade show registration is not mandatory before booking a room, please be aware that AIA Florida will be verifying hotel reservations against registered attendees to ensure eligibility. Reservations within the AIA Florida block made by individuals not registered for the convention are subject to cancellation 30 days before the event start date. We respectfully request that each attendee and exhibitor limit their reservations to no more than two rooms.
Beware of hotel reservation scams. AIA Florida will NOT call you seeking a credit card over the phone to book your room. Only book your room directly with the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
