Thank you for participating in the 2023 AIA Florida The Space Between Trade Show. We are excited to see all of you! The Trade Show would not be such a success year after year if it were not for the continued support of our exhibitors and sponsors. We know this year’s event will be a benefit to you and your business. We are so glad you have joined us!
The Trade Show provides an opportunity for you to display, demonstrate and educate attendees about your products and services.
Trade Show, July 28, Windsong Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress:
- Exhibit set up: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Exhibitors that are golfing on Friday may set up Thursday at 7 p.m.
- Show hours: 2 - 6:30 p.m.
- Drawing prizes: Prizes will be announced starting at 6 p.m. until close to 6:30 p.m.
For attendees at your booth, please fill out this form for them receive name tags at the trade show.
For additional services for your booth, you will receive an email from our decorator GEMs. Here is information on shipping.
Beware of hotel reservation scams. AIA Florida will NOT call you seeking a credit card over the phone to book your room. Only book your room direclty with the Hyatt through their website or by calling 1-800-233-1234 providing the group name (AIA Florida or the Florida Association of the American Institute of Architects.)
