All continuing education required for the current Florida
architecture license renewal cycle must be completed by
this date.
Florida License Renewal Deadline
Feb. 28, 2027
Renew your Florida architecture license with the
Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Florida architects must complete at least
24 hours of continuing education between
Jan. 1, 2025 and Dec. 31, 2026. Those hours must include
22 Health, Safety and Welfare hours and
two hours of Advanced Florida Building Code credit.

Important Reminder
When renewing their Florida architecture license, architects
attest that they completed the required 24 continuing education
hours between Jan. 1, 2025 and Dec. 31, 2026.
Florida does not allow continuing education hours to carry over
from one biennium to another.
