LEARNING OBJECTIVES: AIA contract documents are the most widely used standard contract documents in the design and construction industry, and have been used to define contractual relationships for 120 years. This course will help you understand the content of the most commonly used AIA Contract Documents, and what type of project to use them on, as well as explore new concepts like Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and sustainability that are changing the way Architects and Contractors look at their projects.
