In an effort to keep up with the AIA Associate ARE prep work, we are starting a new type of study session.
We will hold an open review Wednesday, April 28, 1010, beginning at 5:30 pm at the office of Dalrymple | Sallis Architecture.
Scott Sallis, AIA, will be available to review sample vignettes, answer study questions, and generally help with exam prep. Scott is an Owner and Principal Architect at Dalrymple | Sallis Architecture, and has been a successful young architect in Pensacola.
We have been fortunate that many local Architects and Engineers have volunteered their services to create specific classes for our group, and we hope to continue the classes with other subjects, but this should help to be a very informal session meant to work with specific questions you may have on any topic. Please bring your questions, pdfs of sample vignettes from the online program, study guides with info you need help interpreting, or whatever else you can think of – the success of the class will be based on what you bring with you. If possible, please e-mail the items several days ahead of time so that I can have them available to project so that everyone can see how to correctly solve the problems.
Also remember that I have the current ARE Kaplan study guides, Q/A books, flashcards, and Archiflash flashcards available for checkout at my office for AIA Associate members.
Because this is an open session, there will be no attendance fee. Please invite all interns at your office and help spread the word.
Finally, please RSVP to me if you plan on attending. Currently the review will be held at Scott’s office, 213 S Baylen St, Pensacola, FL – but we have a bigger room available if the attendance requires it.
Thanks,
Kelly Wieczorek
