Join SMPS Central Florida as we discuss pending regulation that will require health providers to be responsible for the health outcomes of their communities.  The focus of the program will be prevention and primary care integration.  We will explore:  What will the places for primary care be?  Will they be virtual?  Will they be the same as they have been?  What does primary care integration mean for our clients?
