Strength Through Diverse-Cities Multicultural Summit
ABOUT THE SUMMIT
Multicultural understanding is the foundation for the building of a diverse and inclusive profession. By beginning with the development of greater awareness of strategies, opportunities, and the means by which they can be implemented, the AIA Diversity Council is producing the “Strength through Diverse-Cities Multicultural Summit.” This forum has been generated for the exploration of programs promoting the action needed to achieve the profession’s diversity and inclusion goals. In being challenged by award winning programs, inspirational speakers, and facilitated roundtable discussion, those attending the summit will have the chance to participate in the designing and promoting of strategic solutions necessary in building diversity and inclusiveness.
Awareness without Action is an emotion. Action without Awareness is an attempt. Action with Awareness, supported by a plan, can accomplish any endeavor! The AIA Diversity Council’s “Strength through Diverse-Cities Multicultural Summit” provides the Awareness and the Agenda leading to Action. Join colleagues in attending this game-changing program to build for the future of practice, the profession, the Institute and communities.
