Set Yourself Apart:
Get Your Multifamily Project Green Certified to the National Green Building Standard
presented by Michelle Desiderio

Until recently, multifamily buildings have lagged the green certification market because in residential architecture, the margins are small, the returns are not sufficient to support certain green practices.   The National Green Building Standard is the first green building standard approved by ANSI and offers a flexible, credible, and affordable rating system for multifamily residential developers.  The Standard establishes practices for the design and construction of green residential buildings, renovations, and land developments.

Come learn about the Standard's requirements, understand how the certification process works, and get all the information you need to get your next project Green Certified to the Standard to set your project apart from the competition.
