The GAI Building
- Developed by Ustler Group of Companies
- 7 story office building with 105,000 rentable square feet of professional office space and 300 parking spaces in a vertically integrated garage
- Ustler Development broke ground on the GAI Building in December 2009 with construction completed in March 2011.
- GAI Consultants has leased 65,000 square feet in the building (floors 6 & 7).
- The GAI Building has applied for Silver LEED® certification and is the first privately developed green office building in downtown Orlando
“Green” Elements of GAI’s Space
- The VCT flooring in the Production and Supply rooms are made from a corn based material
- Both the Men’s and Ladies restrooms have high-efficiency toilets (HET)
- The entire suite has energy saving light switches that turn off when no activity is detected (and/or a timer is set for shared areas)
- High Performance HVAC system
